So this Groupon goodie took me on an introductory sailing lesson in the Galveston Bay with South Coast Sailing Adventures! I was an absolute beginner having never been on a sail boat so there was a steep learning curve for me. Thankfully the captain made learning the basics a breeze and after the lesson was over I felt a little more confident with the skills that I had learned. I’m definitely still in the beginner stages but this intro has helped to crack the shell to this whole sailing thing!
